How to back up your calendar automatically
- On the File menu, click Back Up.
- Select the Automatically back up calendar every n days check box, and then specify how often to back up your calendar by typing a number in the days box.
- Specify a preferred time of day to make backup copies.
- Specify the number of backup copies to keep.
- Select a folder to save backup copies to.
- Click OK.
How to back up your calendar manually
- On the File menu, click Back Up.
- Click the Back Up Now button.
- Specify the backup location, and then click OK.
Note
- If Calendarscope is not running at the time specified for automatic backups, the program will back up data the next time you start Calendarscope.
- Click the View Log button to view the log entries.
