Duality Software today announces the release of Calendarscope 1.4, a full-featured Windows 95/98/ME/NT4/2000/XP calendar program. Calendarscope lets you plan, manage, and schedule appointments, meetings, birthdays, vacations, and special events. Version 1.4 of Calendarscope implements many recently-requested productivity features, such as synchronization with Palm Computing devices, customizable filters, HTML output, and many more improvements.
Calendarscope is now Palm-enabled in its latest release. Synchronize data with your PalmOS handhelds or print your calendar to bring along for on-the-go personal time management. Calendarscope also includes the holidays of over 30 countries in its database, and makes it simple to convert calendars to HTML formats for Web or intranet publishing.
Organize your calendars effortlessly with Calendarscope. Users can create one-time or recurring events, color-code different event types, set reminders for upcoming events, and more. A Drag-and-drop feature allows users to easily reschedule an event, or change the duration. Customize reminders with fonts, colors, and sounds, and even attach live web URLs and email addresses to them. Calendarscope displays events by day, week, or month. Easily access many of the main program features from the icon in the system tray. In addition, data is protected from unauthorized access with strong encryption algorithms. This organizer is also network-enabled, and allows network users to access data in a read-only mode.
