Add page numbers, the date, or other text to a header or footer.
  1. On the File menu, click Print Preview.
  2. Click Setup.
  3. Click Header/Footer.
  4. To add any of the following items, click in a Header or Footer box, and then click the button.
    Click to add the calendar name.
    Click to add the date printed.
    Click to add the time printed.
    Click to add the page number.
    Click to add the filter name.
  5. To add other text, in the Header or Footer box, type the text you want to appear.
